Machine wash cold (30°C) inside out with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Hang to dry, do not tumble dry, as heat breaks down the stretch fibers. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Avoid fabric softener, which can coat the fabric and reduce moisture-wicking performance.
