Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

• United States: 9-14 business days
• Europe: 9–12 business days
• International: 10–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over €65.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OVU. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@ovuwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ovuwear.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
